Planet Harmony is a monthly Spiritual Wellness Dance Retreat designed to reconnect mind, body, and soul through movement, intention, and community. Held at Dome Studios once a month (6–9 PM), this donation-based experience blends dance, meditation, and self-expression to help participants ground themselves and grow spiritually.
Each session flows through a warm, intentional arc—from guided stretches and energizing dance styles like Afro Beat, Dancehall, and Womb Dance, to heartfelt reflection, freestyle cyphers, and closing affirmations. Monthly themes like Mystery & Manifestation or Empowered Femininity shape the vibe and movement focus.
Participants are encouraged to bring water, a pillow for meditation, and to wear what makes them feel confident and free. Special monthly elements—such as mirror dancing, vision boards, and rituals for release—add unique layers of healing and joy to each gathering.
